I'm thinking chicken salad wraps. I use canned chicken breast in a pinch or left over chicken breast if I have any. Instead of mayo I mix it up with an avocado and add some garlic powder and cilantro. Served with fruit and/or sugar snap peas.

You can also fill crescent rolls with seasoned ground beef or turkey, shredded cheese, diced tomato and onion then bake as indicated on the can. Serve with salsa or taco sauce. Or add turkey…

I have also tried Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig. It does get expensive and it did not work for me. I gained weight and the food is not all that great.

I'm probably one that doesn't get enough vegetables but I do try :) There are times when I find myself wanting to tell someone I'm concerned because their calories are really low. It also really concerns me when people are within their calories but are eating cookies and ice cream and such. It's great that they maintained…

Hmmm, I am a short female so I am doomed :) Just kidding! Way to go on the weight loss. A heart rate monitor is on my wishlist. I think it will be beneficial for me. I try to do some sort of activity each day. It's getting easier and easier to push myself. Anyway, congratulations on your success. Thanks for sharing.

I think I'd avoid the filet because of the sodium in the soy sauce. I'd probably go for the salmon and skip the sauce as well, or ask for it on the side. It's great that you are planning ahead.

I also did WW but I find I prefer this site. The motivation and support is phenomenal! So many inspiring stories.
