I agree that it depends on the recipe and how its prepared. I have only tasted Quinoa once but the way it was prepared made me literally spit it into my napkin (politely). I will have to try it out some day in a better recipe. I haven't tasted Couscous, but I understand it is a form of pasta.

I had a spicy shrimp wrap at a Diner recently and had it sent back. It was not good. Too spicy in an inedible way. I like flavor with my spicy foods not bitterness.

I love all their low impact exercise's. It's heaven-sent. I am still on the very big side, and I can't jump, or get on the floor much, so I am so happy that I can do their boot camp low impact video and get moving.
