I have a fabulous instructor that is a bigger lady. She's losing along with us and we love her!! She gives us all hope. I'm very intemidated by a skinny Zumba instructor. I say, go for it and gain some self esteem!!

I'm certain that popcorn oil was hydrogenated coconut oil. steer clear of anything hydrogenated.....it's bad, bad, bad!

yes but not all calories are equal. make good choices, lean meats, fish, veggies, fruits, grains and healthy fats. eating 1800 calories of junk doesn' t work.

egg white egg yolk peppers & onions sauted in coconut oil salt pepper saute the peppers and onions in a skillet with a little coconut oil in a medium heat until nicely browned, remove and fry up the eggs, add to pepper mixture. enjoy. don't be afraid of the yolk.

I weigh myslelf every Saturday morning, stark naked. =) I record it and forget it and keep on trucking. It's just a number and a reference to see if you need to change it up or keep doing what you're doing. Beware, it will fluctuate. TOM seems to make that happen every 4 weeks.

I would think just exercising so strictly you'ld want to eat healthy.

Start lifting weights with cardio (elliptical). I know it sounds wrong but stop focusing on your thighs with squats, lunges, hip adductors/abductors. I found from personal experience, works.
