thanks, guys! I am going to mix up my workout routine -- maybe take a class here & there, or try the 30 day shred. I also might take a cheat day. I'm going on vacation in a week so that shouldn't be hard. Just to try to trick my metabolism again! Thank you for the encouragement! :)

If I haven't had a meal before hitting the gym, I often bring a Luna Protein bar or Think Thin bar. Both have a decent amount of calories and lots of protein. But it gives me the boost I need to make it through a hard workout. I usually find them at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's!
