Special K Fruit & Yogurt with Vanilla Almond Milk >>>>>> What can I say, I'm biased...:blushing: However, I did read today that they are "sneaking in GMO's". I'm not sure how valid the information is, and I'm not that worried about it personally, but you seem to be so I'll link you :)…

You're stronger?...Weird..I would've never guessed by your freaking awesome muscles. :flowerforyou: :drinker:

What I would say. I've barely lost any weight but I have my husband drooling.

As long as I get away from all this snow in Wisconsin, I'll be happy lol

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!! lol. This is very great news, as well :)

They could be right. Especially if you are going to be building muscle. BMI charts aren't always reliable especially if you are muscular. It's good to have goals, but sometimes they are unrealistic. However, I think they are off base. You know your body more than anyone else. The closer your get to your goals the more…

I watched this movie at a friends house in 7th grade and I was terrified and had to walk home in the dark. My sister told me that I still had baby teeth in the back of my mouth that I thought I needed to lose but you don't. But anyway, I sprinted from street light to street light the 2 miles home   …

I can't speak from the original poster, but I use the leanest meat because I think fatty meat is absolutely disgusting. You couldn't pay me to eat fatty meat. I cut as much as I possibly can off. Even some lean ground meats gross me out lol. I just get my fats in other ways like nuts and oils.

I'm not a huge fan of Kroll's. And I'll probably be kicked out of Green Bay if anyone ever heard that come out of my mouth. It's a greasy dive restaurant...You know one of those places you go when you're hung over. It's not bad though if you're into that  But Krolls West > Krolls East. For sure. So stick with that…

Although I can get some pretty ucky cramps sometimes, I usually can push through the 5 minute period of cramps I get when working out, and after that I feel good with 0 cramps long after I'm done working out. Have you tried pushing through, or is it too painful? If it is, I would suggest thinking about seeing a doctor and…

This....sounds....epic. Except I live in the same city as Lambeau Field, so I'd pass and maybe hit up Milwaukee for some awesome grub instead (take note of that if you drive through there. green bay isn't really a place to stop & eat)...on another note...Go PACK :) lol

I REALLY want to go to Cabo, but since I'm paying for school it's not an option. For sure, we're going out to Northern Virginia for my brother in law's graduation. I think we'll go on a couple "local trips" and do things like go to the UP and Kayaking in the Apostle Islands. And take lots of beach trips and Door County…

I'd say depends what kinda meat you get...lol But honestly, I say to each their own. Why cut out meat if you like it? I really don't enjoy meat, and am currently transitioning to going back vegetarian, so I obviously prefer Morning Star/Boca over meat. Just doesn't make sense to not eat something you enjoy for probably no…

I'm in this same boat. Even though I went to Catholic School for a few years. I thought they were schizo   On a health related note... "Girls can't lift heavy, it will make them bulky".

Pretty much agree with what others have said, but here are a couple webistes for work outs that might help you get started: bodybuilding.com muscleandstrength.com

LMAO, translation: Well, I don't eat yogurt at all, but I figured Greek Yogurt has less lactose. Just thought I would ask. I have tasted Greek Yogurt a best friend of mine was eating so it's not about the taste. Taste DAMN GOOD, though! lol

Thanks for all the wonderful advice. I'm not doing it for health reasons. Although I know if I do it right, it will probably be better for me, this is strictly ethical. I rarely eat red meat and pork. I eat seafood(probably the WORST ethical decision) and chicken, and get cage free organic eggs. I honestly eat those meats…

Ive heard this is opposite. It is actually pretty high in lactose, but because it has other proteins or enzymes or something along those lines, that your body can digest it better. But it's basically the same thing.

Look, it's your food and your belly. Expect to pay for it unless offered. If he pays, he is doing something nice that he doesn't have to. If your friend asked you to go out for lunch, you wouldn't expect them to pay because they asked you. And if he pays for you on the first date, it doesn't hurt to return the favor on the…

Yes, because I'm sure the produce you buy at the grocery store is so much better....:drinker: Not to mention the meat, the grains, and the pre packaged foods that are allowed to have a certain amount of bug parts in them.

It's all about moderation. It's a lifestyle change. If you feel like you can cut out certain foods your entire life, then have at 'er. It's possible...look at vegetarians. But, is it feasible for you? I know that when I cut out junk food completely, I last a few months doing great, but when I allow myself a "little treat",…

I guess depends exactly how many calories I'm short. I'm I'm REALLY short, I'll munch on some raw spinach or bell peppers. If I have a little wiggle room I'll eat an egg or can of tuna. It keeps you fuller longer.

Jennifer Lopez... Oh, and Carrie Underwoods legs would be nice lol

"Greek yogurt contains less lactose than most other dairy products, according to Chobani.com, a national brand of Greek yogurt. AskDrSears.com explains that yogurt contains live and active culture that convert the lactose into lactic acid, which is easy for the body to absorb. This chemical action results in a large…

Does regular yogurt upset your stomach? I'm lactose intolerant, but I seem to be able to tolerate yogurts pretty well. In fact, my stomach does better with Greek yogurt than regular yogurt. Not sure why, just does. Everyone's intolerance is different. Maybe try just a little bit and see how you feel. And make sure it's on…

I'd agree with most everyone else. 2 hours is plenty. I feel like as long as a got 30 minutes of cardio in a day, it was a success. Some days, I obviously work a lot harder than that. But, I learned the hard way previously that if you go too hard for too long you burn your body out and get injuries. Plus, spending 2-3…
