Just one day I had enough. You can read my story. I was depressed for 10 years and then I hit exercise and diet to the extreme. Eventually the body does get it used to abuse. But to make it anywhere it requires a strong mental mind. You won't make any gains until you want the change deep from with-in. Even on my days if I…

Do you want help with that?

Why not? :)

Some people are jerks and some aren't. That simple.

I have a little less than 80 to lose.
-
No I don't give into cravings. I have mental stability to say no and drink water instead. Besides it reminds me of eating poison and re-gaining fat, so no thanks. I would rather lose all my weight straight to the finish line.

Stop with the pills, protein shakes, and any other bad stuff you eat. You need to look at your intake and your actual routine. You workout everyday? It says 5 days? I'll tell you what I do, practically EVERY SINGLE DAY and I spend hours a day. Natural building works without all the other stuff.

Honestly I guess it depends. But I would probably go with no, I don't think it is unattractive.

You don't have to listen to every little bit. I know I am very unhealthy in my own diet and exercise. But my results work so why go off into a path that will make me feel I'm not achieving my goals? My body is used to my extreme diet and I don't suffer from the dizzy spells or hungry anymore. I have a lot more energy and…

I read :) Waiting on test results right?

If I understand correctly, you are implying the gaining weight is fat. If the weight was muscle, then you probably wouldn't even write here. Muscle takes a while to grow and it requires a lot of dedication. I find the story completely strange. If your working out a lot then it should be muscle but instead it sounds like…

I know it is rude to ask, but will you be able to exercise more often at some point? Or will your condition never allow it?

I am 6'0 ft. I'm not interested in losing weight slowly. I'm interested in kicking my own *kitten* LOL. :)

I've been eating this many calories for months for now. Anyone can add me to their friends list. :)
-
I am happier but not completely happy yet. I'll be happy when I get my body back haha. Thanks for the friend requests and replies everyone.

I've lost 75 lbs but I did have a lot to lose from the beginning. If you hit a plateau just encourage yourself to try harder. If I am stuck at the same pound for a week, I exercise more.

I'm not trying to be the jerk here. I am telling you what works. We choose to be losers. I was the same way. I stopped myself and I said NO MORE. If you want to lose weight you have to fight for it or you won't make it. Everyone is different and everyone can lose weight differently but you cannot cheat the game of calories…

If you are disheartened now then you might as well give up. The truth is, if you want to lose weight, you have to fight for it. Calories in and out is the answer. Either fight for 6 months and keep with the low calories, no sugar diet, or give up. If I ever feel tired or I want to eat something, I ask myself, "DO YOU GIVE…

That is not a lot of weight to lose. You would have to go extreme to see results quickly.
