Never suggested kill yourself, I said push yourself, that can be a small percentage overtime until the body is used to it. Sure you can lose weight without exercise, but exercise speeds up the loss. I got where I am today from exercise, without it, I would of lost a lot less.
-
You need to really push yourself to lose weight. I spend hours a day on a stationary bike, 30 minutes is not enough especially since I doubt you eat under your calorie intake.

Some possible symptoms of overtraining: Soreness with over-training? Depression with over-training? Noooo, soreness means you did a good workout. Depression is a state of mind. Possibly, we could throw possibilities up all night, doesn't mean it is over-training. I am more to agree with Leonidas_meets_spartacus.…

If you train all the time, your body gets used to that, it is not over training. Over training is like bench pressing everyday until the muscles cannot rebuild fast enough. Feeling pain doesn't always mean you are over training. There is a thin line but people just throw it out there to be more cautious. On those days your…

Ok let's assume everyone is exactly the same, great. At least my advice works regardless.
-
Disagree all you want but to lose weight faster does mean burning the fat storage out of your body = exercise. If someone is not losing weight like they want I would definitely not suggest eating back all the exercise calories.
-
I wouldn't suggest eating back your exercise calories. Those calories are meant for using fat stored energy.
-
Time will always be there, so you need to not brain crazy about it. Put in the effort and keep a strict diet. It will have results. You cannot cheat the balance of your body.
-
Form comes from practice, heavy weight on the back will hurt without building up the foundation. Your balance will come too, just do it a lot with lower weight and once the form is very good, move up slowly.
-
If you want to stop, just be mental. Don't use excuses and ask for help. The power is inside yourself.
-
I would take the stationary bike any day, even considering I had both. Treadmill can be a pain in the *kitten* and some the belts don't stay straight for a long time. I was heavy and needed the bike for my knees. If you want a good workout, just go fast, if you can go too fast, incline it up until you get tired.
-
But I am sure you do exercises that work your core and that is like doing ab exercises. For instance squats actually works the abs anyway.

Get real with yourself. Build up your mental state first. Then get mad at your ways and do something about it. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1370611-killing-depression-after-10-years
-
Admit to yourself, you are not happy. ADMIT IT. Then do something about it. Get mad at yourself for being lazy because you will always be lazy until you change your diet, exercise, and then those 2 things change you.
-
My journey began when I asked myself, are you happy?? Ask yourself, are you happy? If you are happy with the results, you will do nothing. If you honestly hate it, and hate everything, you are completely unhappy, why let yourself suffer anymore? If I showed you a picture of yourself in 2-3 years, the future you, and I told…

To even burn near 3,500 in 3-4 hours... it is extensive abuse to your body. I have to put my stationary bike on an incline of 20, and it is terribly hard to push the pedals. Then I go as much as I can for as long as I can. My *kitten* will hurt of course after an hour or so. Have to take a short break of walking around. To…

I can honestly say in my experience as I have done this multiple times, yes even in my diary, I am extreme with the diet and exercise, a person DOES NOT LOSE A POUND OVERNIGHT from that much exercise. You could do 5,000 even 10,000 if you survive, you won't lose weight. I have sometimes weighed more after. However you lose…

Kicking *kitten* and definitely going for past winning.

Are we talking about the fat around your stomach and the appearance of it shrinking or your actual organs inside the body? Because the appearance of your stomach can definitely shrink a ton and varies from person to person.

I went 2 weeks without losing weight then the next week 10 pounds dropped. Plateaus come and go.
-
Smashing a plateau is about staying on top and not caring what the scale says, care about what you do to get ahead. This is why staying committed and just keep doing what you do everyday WILL SHOW RESULTS. It might take an extra week or two but the consistent work will affect the body. The body can be forced to change.
-
Plateaus are destroyed with time and consistent work.

Depression is how you feel, it is affected straight in the brain. Truly unhappy and you need to realize it. Wake up, and do something about it. Find what makes you happy. Continue day after day and fight depression. I have a blog that can be read about it. I was depressed for 10 years until this year, I fought back with 10…

I guess no one got my joke the first page, har har.

You misspelled Women... haha.

Funny guy... haha.

Sure, hopefully a guy doesn't reply before I do, LOL.

Appetite can be suppressed naturally... just don't give into the bs cravings. Eat what your only supposed to. If you did this for a certain amount of time your body will adapt to it.
-
Lazy is as lazy does. Nothing but FAILURE IN BEING LAZY, so DON'T BE LAZY. Work for it, people do.
-
Losing it the easiest way is the biggest bs I ever heard of. You want life change, people sometimes fail right after the surgery. You can force yourself to eat less and lose weight naturally. Look at me, it is 100% possible.
