You'll get there if you want to. I'm trying my absolute hardest and it is worth it.

In my experience, I would NOT eat back the exercise calories unless you want to wait a very very very long time. Either your body cannot function properly or you aren't making your body feel it has to use the stored fat.
-
I don't use a spotter but I have a rack and that works somewhat the same way.
-
Exactly, smashing a plateau is about time. I have passed 3 plateaus. You just wait it out.

Then you want a life change, read the title, this is EX BE MOTIVATION, NOT LIFE CHANGE MOTIVATION.
-
Using your ex as motivation is a terrible idea, I cannot believe some of the responses. Get real, you need a life change not some quick motivation to fail soon after.
-
Simple NO... if you try to make this motivation you are taking steps backwards. You need something real.

Three pounds of butter would of made me throw up. But I can tell you I ate hell of a lot of icecream day after day when I was depressed.

I don't like being compared to people that don't make their goal. I don't care if anyone heard someone else say they will make and change their lifestyle. That is what they said. I know what I said, what I planned to do, how I am going to get there and make the change permanent. I was a power lifter for 5 years, I…

I was fat when I was a kid and I did the same thing then as now. I survived and I was in great shape, I didn't have a problem with my health. I got depressed years later and that crashed me. Now I'm beating myself over that and I WILL NOT FAIL. I will be here throughout this whole year not lying about my exercise or diet.…

So I guess if I said I ate a whole box of wheaties for breakfast in the morning, you wouldn't believe me? :D I used to, along with three pizzas in the afternoon.
-
I'm not going to argue against that. Because I agree. I wouldn't stay on 1,200 forever. Once I lose so much of my storage tank, I wouldn't be able to do the excessive exercise I do now. I was disagreeing with that someone couldn't lose weight on 1,200 calories without getting sick, messed up, etc. The OP was saying I…

Try working in a chocolate shop. Thankfully I don't even think about eating a piece.
-
Success? You bet, I am more successful these 7 months considering I lost 77 lbs! I wasn't done eating for the day. If I eat over 1,200 good then. I basically eat to avoid hunger. So not everyday will be 1,200 on the dot, sometimes under or over. I don't binge eat either. Too damn stubborn for that.
-
Omg, I fainted, and bleed to death from eating 1,200 calorie diets for months... NOT! :D

When I first started squatting, I did lean forward, the body tends to. It wasn't until I did so many that I was able to do correctly. The power comes from the hip, and your *kitten* LOL... but no joke. You want the weight to be comfortable on your back and if you do move up in weight it will feel heavy at first, sometimes…

I have no idea what your routine is, but I believe in the bench press because it dramatically made my chest flat. Fat you have to burn off. If you have excess skin on the boobs well that I could understand as a problem. But the fat should be burned first. I'm not going to argue of course because I am not a female. I don't…
-
I'm a guy but yes I completely agree. Bench pressing and heavy weight bench pressing over 3-6 months can fight the sag. Years has a really dramatic affect. I would say it is better than surgery.
-
You look more forward because you don't squat LOL. If you were squatting all the time you would of built the frame to lean back nice, straight, and strong. You cannot do that now or you would fall over. You should practice the form thousands of times. BTW, not everyone squats the same. Power for people is different. Some…

I would seriously die if I ate what you ate... I couldn't exercise to that food. You have a few things with insane numbers, cut those out.
-
Take the air out of your head and you'll look fine... haha just kidding. Dude, you have nothing to worry about. Take up weight lifting and when you get muscles, you'll be in the mirror all day. Want to look better? Do something about it.

Anytime :) No one wants to be in a depression state, it just happens. We should take control soon as we notice. It affects our lives so negatively. It can totally jack the mental well-being of a person.
-
Honestly, I did this before to get from 210 to 171 lbs while power lifting... again not everyone is the same. I should of passed out back then too. You just want me to get sick so you can believe it isn't possible for anyone. :)

Well I just started last week with this account but I can say I been dieting with 1200-1300 sometimes less calories a day and excessive amount of exercise (over 1,000 minutes of exercise a week). While it might land someone in the hospital, make other binge, cause some health problems... all of which I haven't suffered…

Changes to your body come from changes to your mental state. Just because you think you look awful doesn't mean you are. I'll give an example, if you did everything in your power to lose weight for weeks and didn't see weight loss, one thing changed. You fought and because you did, you will lose weight rapidly after. If…

Interesting how your profile picture is exactly what I am watching right now... anyway, I know exactly what depression is. Your mind is not balanced. You are so one sided you will lead to failure. What you need to do is look at it differently. I was depressed for 10 years and I was fat because of it. I tried to lose weight…

You shouldn't feel starving unless you wake up to it from like a good night sleep. Eat small things throughout the day. If you starve yourself you will get dizzy. I always eat small portions so my stomach doesn't get that starving feeling and throughout the day my calories is low, no dizzy, small stomach, exercise a lot,…
-
With weight loss, this is typical, your body is not used to it. I been doing under 1,500 calories for months, sometimes less. Weeks went by and I eventually got used to it. I exercise a lot and now I don't have any dizzy spells. I've lost weight a lot of times before, a dramatic change will make a person dizzy. Just don't…

Will power comes from within you. Without it, you will do this all the time. What I have done is eat less and less, eventually my stomach shrunk where I cannot eat as much anymore or I feel sick.
