Done with D6L1... Side lunges, so much easier today. I'm using 5lb weights and today I was able to make it through without struggling. YAY!!! I still do girl push ups. I'm not sure I can do regular ones. What do you all do on the push ups? And if you do reg ones, when did you start? Where you only able to do a few? TIA :)

I've noticed that sometimes I'll think I'm hungry. But really I'm just thirsty. I usually crave something sweet when I'm thirsty. Been trying to drink water first. If that doesn't stop the craving. Then I add some crystal light and its been helping the cravings.

Good luck to all of you with races coming up!! HM are a BLAST!! The only warning I have to give is they are ADDICTING! Enjoy every minute :) I'm starting my training for a full marathon next year. I'm planning on doing a couple HM to get me prepared. It's SO motivating seeing all you runners :)

I did this, being small framed and 5'9 ideal would be 150- 165. When I lost weight after my 4th. I got to 138 and still could have lost a few pounds. I felt GREAT. I wasn't too skinny. In my profile pic. I was 150. At least it makes the ideal weight seem more easily attainable.

We all have days like this. I heard somewhere "just own it and move on". So yes you ate too much chocolate. Oh well tomorrow you won't. Don't let it be an excuse to quit. You can do it!! Just keep trying :)
