  • I like the Special K ones from the grocery store... 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, 170 cals. I like them... and the fiber doesn't hurt my stomach and make me gassy.... :blushing: like some of the other fiber bards out there... like fiber one. I also like the double chocolate one.. because it makes me feel like I am…

  • Mommy of 3 kiddos 1 yr old, 3 yr old, and an 8 yr old. I have a double jogger.. Love It!!! I live in Texas so the weather is usually awesome for a jog or anything outside. I have had the most success with working out away from the gym... the gym's that offer day care are just too expensive and always crowded... I love…
  • Hello all- I started it today. My hubby is doing it with me. We did Ripped in 30 in December, but I'm curious about this one since everyone has such success with it! I'm planning to take my measurements in the morning to see how much I lose. Good luck everyone!!! Shred it!!!
  • I'm the same way, my weight goes up and down up and down.. Then it will finally take a dip... I'll lose a little then it does it again.. Hang in there!!! It will drop! Maybe watch your sodium a little.. Idk. It is probably your body transforming. More muscle less fat!! Which is Awesome!!!
  • I'm doing the couch potato to 5K runner program right now... I am on week 5... Yesterday I did 2.49 miles @ 12.39 per mile... It was a hard work out yesterday.. I am not sure if it was because I was pushing a double jogging stroller or the coolness in the air... but I was worn after that one... definitely tougher than on…
  • Mine goes up and down daily... It is frustrating!!! Hang in there... reevaluate your amounts you eat etc... I always worry about that for myself... am I putting exactly the correct amount of what I ate??? I just keep reminding myself... I am only hurting myself... It helps me... Idk... I also swear by sipping on watered…
  • 1/2/2012 198.6 1/9/2012 194.4 1/18/2012 193 I am starting with the 2012 starting weight now... I want a better weekly average... December (holidays) slowed my weight loss a little bit... So starting from Jan 1st, my total weight loss is 5.6 lbs... I'm averaging a loss of 1.3lbs per week. Yay!!! Let's keep on…
  • I took it hard too... I think it is because this is one of our main focuses in our lives right now! So we are all about losing each and every pound... so we just automatically assume everyone else should notice too.. They are just not paying attention as much as you probably are... ... but if you did dress in tighter…
  • I have heard on Dr Oz to eat about 6 or 7 nuts.. or some type of healthy fat and 20 minutes later you won't feel as hungry. The fat sends a message of satisfaction to your brain telling you that you are full. I haven't tried it yet... I tend to grab anything I can find if I'm starving... and then work it off later... lol.
  • I know what I am going to do this evening! Thanks for the idea!!!

  • I love my eggs for breakfast... I have heard that you should look at your food intake as an upside down pyramid... eat a lot for breakfast then a little less for lunch, and then a little less for dinner. I snack all day... I love yogurt as a alternative to real sweets... and I love pasta... so I eat it in moderation...…

  • Set your Weight loss goal to Maintenance and zero work outs per week... That will be your net calorie "goal #" Then you need to keep in mind that you need to eat your BMR "1379" and at the end of the day after eating your calories you should have a "remaining Calories" number showing between 500-1000... This number left is…
  • I started tracking with Olivia's method on the 1st of Dec... Finally dropped under 204.6 which I had been stuck at for a couple of weeks... I dropped to 201.6 and then... This week was back at 202.4.... it is frustrating... but I know where I screwed my week up!!! That green number showing the net weekly total dropped way…
  • There is an aerobic show on Discovery Fitness called Gilad- Bodies in Motion... and he also has an intense Body Sculpt show too... I have never found inner thigh workouts that were as effective as his. They are simple leg lifts, but when you hold your foot a certain way it really intensifies the burn. Lay on your side head…
