  • I am back at it again... In 2011, in 1yr I was able to lose 80lbs.. I went from 234lbs down to 153lbs by using this app and falling in love with working out... Felt great! On top of the world! Well... A job change, relocation, spouse deployment...(whatever other excuse I can think of)
  • Yeah, mine went from a DD down to a small C... very depressing for me since that was my favorite flattering feature for so many years... Now they just look deflated... I am also considering a new pair... just because I worked to hard for this body to not feel damn sexy in all areas... lol... =)

  • Don't beat yourself up about it! Maybe buy a new workout DVD or something.. Or a goal swimsuit or outfit to shrink into.. Something that will give you a short term goal to focus on instead... You can do it!! Remember how awesome you felt at your lowest weight!!!

  • I love it too!!! I have been more successful at my losing with it too! I think it is the fact that u don't have to see a red (negative) number if you go over ur goal for the day. It's a mind trick! Yay Olivia!! I have been explaining this method to so many people!!! Love it!!! 
  • I do the C25k three times per week and then I do the 30ds at least 5 times per week. On the days I don't have the c25k I do any other type of cardio I can find for 30 mins.   • I am on Week 7 Day 2... running 25 mins straight right now on each workout... I still find this amazing for myself...
