I agree..theres a certain runners high that hits you from time to time. I always think of it as going into autopilot mode. Running like the wind and forgetting everything else around you.

I get worried about that word 'right' person. I was in a marriage for 13 years with a guy who seemed to be a really wonderful person and I thought he was the 'right' person only to find out he had been cheating for the greater part of our marriage!!! So it turns out right was really wrong after all....

I've already fed the animals, scrubbed water tanks, got started on a few loaves of bread, walked my dogs, and cleaned my kitchen. So....for the next hour while I wait on laundry and rising bread....I have nothing much to do. Sounds like my type of girl!!

The drinking is not my major problem...its having to run to the toilet every 30 minutes!!!

I think there is a certain 'je ne sais quoi..." that comes with losing weight. For me its not just teh outward appearance but the inward 'youth' i am experiencing. Just that ability to lift a leg without panting is amazing...so yes its making me look and feel younger!!!

I have no problems cutting down on other carbs (rice, potatoes etc) but white bread is my weakness. What can I do about this?
