  • i pre log before i go out to but sometimes i feel that people dont like me unless i eat what they bring in... yes it sounds stupid but once someone home made something and brought in some food and i didnt want any so she and a few others were off with me the whole day but when i eat what they do im suddenly liked

  • yes i need help on this to because i don't understand sodium, everything in the uk is measured in grams. also we call it salt not sodium and i tried to google it to get a better understanding but im just more confused and creating a new food or checking others is awful so i gave up

  • yea i agree what your saying because i do like dried fruit and im not against it. it has practical pro's such as sell by date and storage for packed lunches but the nutritional benefits aren't equal

  • i only temporary ban things if that makes sense... cream,olives,most liquid calories, takeaways, some biscuits e.g oreos, none calorie given bakery goods, pork, beef, butter,spreads granola,musili,cereal clusters,smiley faces, full sugar jelly and kiwi. the kiwi is just because last time i had it i was ill....
  • dont let mfp routine control your life, i think you shouldn't log it the next day and that you should make it a evening snack but just don't make a habbit of it and also if you havent got a early start that moreing after staying up so late! lol dont wake up early just for breakfast

  • yea i think your right because sometimes i have really random lunches and things like Potato Croquettes and i never see people have that kind of stuff and but in all fairness me+family aren't buying any food in the house right now because we are clearing down before holiday

  • yea well thats a form of nuts and your not having peanut butter for dinner but anyway the point of what i was making out of all the carbs to have in a main meal rice shouldn't be to often because it is dense in calories and very easily miss portioned when not in a boil bag,scale,cup or microwave pack
  • stay off the rice if your trying to lose weight it is very dense in calories and doesn't fill me up much personally but i dont bother with brown rice because i doesn't provide and bonus if the rest of your diet is balanced and the prepossessing isn't bad
