  • WOT?! Me too! Although I swim through North Clackamas Parks and Rec. Also no events, because, well, I'm not about that (yet).

  • Hi Heather! I'm also restarting. I started in April 2014 and by October had lost 25 lbs. Then things happened and life got in the way (and, I'll admit it, I let life get in the way) and the next thing I knew I'd put most of the weight back on. But here I am, back at it again. I would love for you to help me stay on track!

  • Depends on the day. Some days it's ice cream (we like to walk 3 miles round trip for a soft serve cone), some days it's fruit, some days it's fruit with a little chocolate/hot fudge on it. Tonight it was canned pears because we have no fresh fruit and pay day isn't until tomorrow!
  • I allow myself my coffee without counting it. I want one pleasure in life that I can sweeten, add cream, etc, and not have to think about it. But that's it. My one (large) cup of coffee in the morning is the only drink I don't count. Everything else gets added, because it can be a LOT of calories. I approach it a few ways.…
