5'10 currently weigh 220lbs. My pant size is 12-14 and my shirt size is XL ( I have broad shoulders). I lift weights so I think that is why I weigh so much and have a smaller pant size. i have lost 75lbs and my goal weight is 170. Would like to be a size 8 and nothing smaller.
