To satisfy your sweet tooth--> Cream Cheese pancakes!! I like ChaLEAN Extreme, it is kind of like P90x with all the weight lifting but it has shorter workouts and is better for beginners. I start month 2 next week and I am loving it so far =)

I just started it today =) since it doesnt have a ton of cardio in it I plan on running at least 1-1.5 miles before the circuit training videos (since they are relatively short anyways) to increase my calories burned, and to keep up with my running goals =)

I did go ahead and weigh myself and I was only 0.2 lbs higher than my last weigh in, so I am hoping that is because of my TOM and I hope that next week I can see a big difference lol I officially started month 2 today! woohoo!!!!!

If there are two lines then its positive most likely, most test will say even if there is a very light second line then it is positive. make a doctors appointment to confirm it. And congrats!! lol

I have been doing TurboFire for a month now and totally missed my period during that time (and I am definitely not pregnant, my husband is deployed! lol) So working out and eating differently can definitely alter your menstrual cycle. I take it as one less thing I have to worry about haha
