-
Lets see if I figured it out...
-
Those are some great numbers. Beautiful job!
-

-
Day 12 done! The burn in my shoulders is killer!
-
D1L2 DONE! and I mean just done...like 1/2hr ago and I'm already sore! No pain, no gain! I love it :D
-
Exactly right!

Great Job Everyone!!

With a rest day on last Wednesday, today was actually my D10! Complete with an extra 20min Biggest Loser workout with my Hubby! Feeling it all over again. LOL Bring on Level 2 tomorrow!
-
Done! I was able to get 4 more push-ups in today in one set.
-
Its in the books and feeling better! I find it easier during the cardio to actually turn my back to the video and just keep my own rhythm. Plus, I can do more pushups in the allotted time! Wheeee

Your body is a machine. Food is fuel. Fuel your body well so that it can go where you want it to. The most important factor in that is using the best tools available to calculate your BMR, as TeresaC79 posted. That number gives you what your body needs to survive, not thrive. I wouldn't necessarily eat all of my exercise…

Day 7 for me is done! ...NSV...I completed the side lunges with raises WITH weights through BOTH sets today! Burn baby, burn!
-
You look great, definitely see a smoother look! I will wait for more pics of me ;-)
-
Wednesday was my rest day, so Day 6 done for me! I find myself moving towards the advanced moves more and more and even the first round of cardio isn't making me feel like my legs are going to cramp up anymore! Week one down! Great job everyone! :flowerforyou:
-
Day 5 for me-Done! The kids were a great distraction from the time during the burn. I TOTALLY know what you are saying. My calves are the same way. I greatly dislike plyometrics, but they are a great work out.
-
Great job! Getting started is 75% of the battle...too bad we have to fight it every day! Keep on shredding ladies!
-
Oh my word! That doesn't sound good at all. Take care of yourself :flowerforyou:
-
missed one day due to crazy work schedule, but done with day 3 and 4. On to day 5 today! Go, go, go!
-
Day 3 turned into a 'rest' day. Work was too crazy and with 2.5hrs of overtime clocked by the time I got home I quickly lost the ambition I had to do it anyways. Back at it tomorrow and all through the weekend for me. :) Great job cranking it out everyone!
-
I took mine, just haven't looked at them since I verified that they were on the camera. I will find the courage to post them soon...
-
Day 2 done and I find I don't hate jump ropes as much as I did the first time around. Definitely still with you guys against the side lunges with lateral raises...oooh the burn!
-
The headers have been overwritten again. I was going to put mine in but not sure which measurement goes in which column... If it gets fixed, and stays that way, I'll try to put mine in tomorrow.
-
Day 1 down! I can't believe I just did a work out at night, after putting the chores and time with my family first I actually found some ME time. Yay! Great job everyone!
-
Time to dust off the dvd! Bring it!

I am also 5'5' with small/medium frame. I am 35yrs old. I have a booty and I like to be around 135. I once got down to 125 and that was too light with my hip bones protruding. Even at around 130-135 I have some people who have made mention of me being too thin. But for me 135lbs gets me slim enough and leaves the jiggling…
-
I totally agree with so many of the others: WOW! You are amazing
-
55lbs is a LOT! Congratulations! :flowerforyou:

I'm in too. I've been tossing around thoughts of 30DS or 6W6P, so here it goes! Thanks for creating a group!
