These all sound so yummy. I haven't really gotten into the adding phase yet. I add ice and banana to my Jillian Michaels Double Chocolate powder or just milk and powder since it it pretty good on its own. My next powder will hopefully have a higher protein content for the calories though.

I've experienced really sharp cramps in my lower abs when running and when I talked to others about it they suggested running with my hands up over my head, even resting them on my head. I don't know how, but it seemed to help the pain fade.

I know just what you mean. Ty gets Cheese-Its every day (among many other questionable options) and it bugs me. What to say...how to say it...ugh. A little more behind, but busted out day 21 and 22 today. Feeling kinda wobbly. I, for one, liked the everchanging Level 3. It seems much less repetitive than 1 & 2.

Ended up with a couple extra rest days and just finished up days 19 and 20 today. Bring on Level 3 tomorrow. Wheee!

I'm also seeing no results and am in the minimal left to loose catagory. I even took 1/2 way pics this morning and got nothing. The scale has gone up 1lb firmly since I started.
