I'm in, won't have a chance to do it til I get home tonight, but I've been saying that I want to do another round of it. I got 2/3 of the way through it and fell off the fitness wagon but LOVED the results I was seeing. I haven't lost any of that, but want to see more!

2.5mile jog/walk today. Really hot out there!

With a walk and more painting I surpassed the goal by 20 minutes. Now to see how many minutes I can cram into the next half of the month.

I didn't get as far as I wanted, but I got another 1.25miles in today.

Stalled out a bit but getting back at it today. TGfor this challenge :) It is reminding me to stay motivated.

Sunday was another round of painting the house for 240min, then Monday got in 60min. Just 190min left, definitely going to pass that, but next month I'll keep the goal. I don't think it will go as easy when I don't have to do so much painting. My shoulders are looking pretty buff for this month though. :)

Well said. I don't understand the need of some people to spread their negativity, but they are everywhere making sure we stay strong for ourselves. Their pouting and poo-pooing on others dreams and goal can be a great motivator. :flowerforyou: Congratulations and keep on burning that fat! PS: That pizza of yours sounds fab.

Almost done painting our new house, what am I going to do when I get those 5hrs in a day back? 335minutes down today and my arms and legs are aching.

I love the percentage in the spreadsheet, great motivation! Going to have to pick up my pace some. Holiday weekends are hard but I got my husband out there with me today. :)

Off to a kinda slow start, but I had a feeling the weekends would be harder, only 1.25 in today. Should count for more since I was carrying my toddler on my back ;-)

I'm currently on Day 19 and I love it. I love how quick it is, how intense it can feel, how easily modified (and therefore attainable) it is and how her encouragements always seem to come at just the right moments during it. I have not really lost weight with it, but I'm down to those last 7lbs, so I need more intensity…

I have a MinPin. I used to run 4miles a few times a week. The one time I attemped to take Sampson with me I ended up carrying him the last mile. Eat More, Weigh Less. For those who don't eat enough this is very true. Eat too little and no matter how much you exercise your body will fight you tooth and nail for every ounce you want to loose.
