I am 48 and even though I lost 100 pounds when I was in my 20's now that I am 48 I am finding it soooooo hard to lose these 20 pounds I gained over the past 2 years. Feel free to add me....would love some friends!

Thanks for your reply. It seems that when I track my food in MFP (which I agree with you, is better) it does show up in my fitbit so maybe I should just log the food in MFP and then figure out calories (up or down) according to Fitbit I am curious as to what other nutritional programs you've tried that worked with fitbit.

I love you guys!!! I took a lot of the suggestions and they are working. I am allowing 200 calories at night, I have sugar free ice pops and my latest obsession is I take a jumbo marshmallow and toast it on my stove and then eat it, it's 90 calories and I only have one, but it is huge and fun to eat.
