My husband and I are trying to "eat clean " also. something we heard about when we where at a class for my son with FASD

Infertlity treatments and drugs. MAJOR feet/ankle surgeries every 2-5 years since I was 18 and have limited use of my feet and ankles. Being bed bound or on crutches for months at a time. Has not helped. ANd genetics also plays a part in all this.

I have IBS. It can be miserable. But can help drop the pounds fast sometimes. I always think that when I am having a attack. Stress brings mine on big time.

I agree with what the others have said. Friends will help on here. and not just friends who will pat you on the back but friends who will be on you when you fail to and support you at the same time. You can do this. You will have highs and lows. But slowly things will improve. I am doing this really slow but made some big…

I have osteo also. Walking and stationary bike are best for me. and yes there are days I can not do this. I have upped my excersise alot and boy am I hurting. Hopng my body will ajust

I can releate. I have had my ankles, and tendonts put together more then I can count. Literaly. In Dec 2009 I had a tendon transplant. I take it a day at a time. SOme days I walk a mile some days I barley make it down the stairs. Right now I have a little trampoline and walk on that and even get a little speed. Hard work…

I have a long ways to go. But years ago when I took off about 30 pounds I was not excersising much and lost!

I am in. I have been doing well then slide down..... and repeat..... Been up and down 6 pounds for way to long. I pray this helps me

Sorry how fusterating. Change is hard for everyone really. MAybe take sometime and ask what worries him, what his concerns are. There is a root to these worries.
