Hi, I am on the road to having the sleeve done also. My team and I thought I would have it done end of January or so. Insurance said April. I also am on my first week of starting to give up gluten. After seeing the dietitian she said I am sensitive if not allergic. Let be friends and support each other.

I get thous days also. Hard to make healthy choices these days. Try hard. And I agree listen to your body you need food. So hard to do this when your mind is in the place of lose eat less lose.....

I will be happy to add you. I eat my excersise calories. Not all of them always. Lately I have been upping my excersie and wanting to stay below 1800 calories even when I get more then that. Today I ate everything and some.

watching the chew last week and they had the excersie guy on from the reveloution and he said yes cleaning is excersise. He demenstrated, hand washing dishes, working on arms, walking up and down the stairs all day....

did 23 minutes yeasterday 6 basic and 17 minutes expert or whatever the top one is. I unlocked it and tried it total of 35 minutes I believe
