One week until Gastric Sleeve Suregery, looking for tips and advice.

Good morning all! I am having the gastric sleeve done in one week 10/23/2017, and am looking for advice from any of you that have been through this process. I have been working toward this since January and am almost there. So far I have lost 60lbs and am half way through the clear liquid pre-op diet.

Ht: 6'1"
SW: 355
CW:295

Any tips or advice is appreciated.

    I don't have any advice as I don't have any experience with this, but it seems like you are doing a great job preparing. Keep up the good work! You are clearly motivated and dedicated. Don't lose sight!

    Good luck today! I just got approved for my sleeve surgery, and am scheduled to have it done the first week of December. I will friend you, because I'd love to help support you and maybe you can give me some advice before I have mine.
