Mee! Polar! I swear by it and love mine. MSRP is over 200 for the one I got, managed to find it on ebay, brand new for 105!! (FT60) The other FT models are all just as good. And less expensive.

if this is your cheat meal, make it on an active day. And watch your portions. You will feel better about it when its all said and done. You can still have a great meal, just don't eat the whole thing. split your plate or box up half of it before even touching it.

my hair is too thick to slip. Half the time I bust the hair ties. I just bun it. I run and jump and do a lot of crazy stuff in boot camp and rarely have to redo it. Sometimes I double up too.

How is your sodium and water intake?
