I am 5'7'' and 169 at this point. I used to want to be 150, but I realized that the Physique I end up with is more important than the number on the scale. Aiming more for lowering my body fat % than the number on the scale.

You should seriously put the cup of ice down and pick up the cup of water. You may be getting "some" water, but still won't be adequate enough for your daily water intake. ...............................

Its not at all, its just another excuse you need to knock out of your way. Plan healthy meals for the week and buy for those meals. NO PROCESSED OR FROZEN! None of those little lean cuisine meals. I used to think it was expensive too
