Just blow them off. You know what your body is able to do better then anyone. Your goal is in the healthy range for your height. Go for it and show them how awsome you can look.

Kelly there are 8 oz volume in a cup but if its measured by weight there are 16 oz in a pound and a weight oz and a volume oz are not the same

you are actually bmi wise right where you should be for you height. Your body maybe holding on to those 4-5lbs because you need them. I would try to work more on your mind set and eating healthy then on what the scale says

I hate my progress pics but know they are true to life so i kept and posted them. Real life isnt perfect so I dont expect pics to be. Eventualy i hope for the "perfect" pic but it will only be so when i am happy with how i look and where i am at

Good luck I had an iud for 8yrs. you may have cramping for a few days otherwise its easy as pie. I loved not have to worry about taking a pill everyday or shots every few months. We are trying to conceive right now but when i'm ready to go back to birth control i will get anouther iud.

i just push through it but then again its almost always hot year round here. I try to do most of my workouts before sunrise or after sunset but that said at 4am this morning we were sitting at 90 deg.

I usually work out in the mornings before work. It takes a major effort to get up early and work out but that is what works for me. As for a gym membership one is not really needed. i bought or rented a bunch of work out DVDs to get started and did one a day. most dvd's are 30m or so and then i usually would walk/jog do…

Change one thing a every week or so. Make a goal for the week for example I will eat 5 servings of Fruit/ veggies I will drink 8 glasses of water everyday I will go for a walk for 20min every day I will not drink soda this week. Make small changes one at a time untill you are eating/ exercising the way you want to. Dont…

mine is as follows 1 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, pinapple, mango, blackberries, ect) 1 med bannana 1 6oz litet yougart 1/4 cup fat free milk Blend that all up in a blender and drink. stats are 297cal, 0 fat, 12g of protien

My goal this week is to stay at or under calories and do some form of exercise a day. Im not as worried about the weight as if i do the prior two it should start to drop though i am hoping for 1-2lb loss.

Morning off to a good start today up early got a work out in already. Pam as long as your lp is steady you should be fine. Month to month it shouldnt vary more then a day or so. Pam im on Met and have been for years we also tryed a few rounds of clomid but the side effects drove me batty. We have basicly given up the crazy ttc game and when it happens it happens. I charted for the first year of ttc also.
