Man, this whole maintenance thing is a lot harder than it sounded. I had reached my goal weight on August 22nd. I have a 5 lb buffer above and below that target weight so I don't drive myself crazy. A week ago I breached that "above" buffer which forced me to refocus. Looks like this will take some more work until I can…

At least our dog didn't puke all over the rug this time! But I did find him sleeping (hiding?) in a clean clothes hamper. He had burrowed way down in to the clothes too. LOL! What a wuss!!! He's all Mr. Tough Guy when the UPS man comes to the door though. :D

We had an uneventful night... I think. :) Jesse & Woody were safely tucked away in my daughter's room so I supposed it could be that I didn't hear them. They better behave themselves today. My heart can't take another scare like that!!! LOL

^^ This! I start my day with eggs. Half my protein and fat goals are met right after I've had breakfast. Then again, I love breakfast which accounts for nearly 600 calories out of my 1200-calorie day. :)

Peanut butter works for me. I like to put some on celery sticks. It doesn't increase my cals too much but helps boost my healthy fats.

My bad! I was looking at today. Tomorrow looks MUCH better. I would still try to increase your cals a bit, but other than that... huge improvement over today. Sorry about the mix-up.

Is there a reason why the calories are so low? For a male, I would expect to see a minimum of 1800 cals for the day. A suggestion would be to add more fruits and vegetables. They will help your system process the protein and keep you "regular". :) Your sodium is spot on though! Good luck to you.
