LMBO!!!!!! OMG, he looks just like our Trooper!!!
-
Well then, let me introduce you to Trooper... the best non-guard dog in town. :)
-
One of the bears looks like he's trying to bite Woody's arm off! HA!
-
Oh man!!! I was sure she was shacking up with Buzz. ;-)

I've seen all 3 of the movies. Why do you think it freaked me out??? LOL!
-
I think my heart has stopped pounding now!!! :D

I forgot the best part!!! Our loyal, brave, totally aggressive Jack Russell Terrier.... heard her yelling, got up off the couch, went down stairs and threw up on the rug. NICE! Great guard dog we have there!!!

I'm afraid the only accurate count you will get is by wearing an HRM. Everyone goes at a different intensity. Height, weight, age and how long you have been doing P90X will all factor in the number of calories burned. Any calculations made through a website will strictly be a "best guess". I loved P90X! But my calories…

No reason a treat can't work FOR you instead of against you. Just make it a small piece of dark chocolate and savor the flavor. Works for me and even helped break me through a 6-week long plateau. :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/bjohs/view/plateau-vs-chocolate-who-won-116497

Old sports injuries have taken a toll on my joints. I'm turning 44 in a few weeks and I've been taking Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplements for a few weeks now. I don't notice a huge difference, but I can certainly tell when I have missed taking them for a few days.

Great progress!!!

I'm getting older and having strong bones well into my golden years is a priority for me. I don't always eat calcium-rich foods. I track calcium in my diary and if I am low at the end of the day, I will take a calcium supplement along with some Vitamin D3 supplements. I'm not sure how increasing your calcium would help…

I've noticed since starting MFP that I "talk" about food much more than I did before I used this website. My husband brought that to my attention one day and I realized that I was talking about calories, macros, exercise nearly every single day and with every meal. That was a reality check for me and I put a stop to that…

Wonderful progress so far!!! You look great. :) Feel free to add me for support. We all need people to lean on to help keep us going.

Maybe I'm in the minority here... but I would say that if you are maintaining or losing weight, don't worry about the few extra calories you did not eat back. Weight loss comes with a calorie deficit. You have to burn more calories than you consume. When I had more weight to lose, I ate back more of my exercise calories.…

Our own body image is sometimes harder to overcome than a healthy diet and exercise. If you took any before photos, look back at them. Look through any old photos. Put them side by side with how you look now. When you can see the comparison of where you started and where you are now... it puts you in the right frame of…

When you exercise and add it to your diary, you are allowed more calories, carbs, fat, sugar and a few others. Some of the macros that do not change are sodium, calcium, potassium, etc.

LOL, sorry! Just having some fun on a rainy Sunday morning. :)

If you REALLY want to impress the ladies... post a photo of your bank account instead!!! J/K... have a wonderful day! ;-)

I've been meaning to get mine ordered and start the workouts too. Bumping to see who comments. I'd love to see any BBL before/after photos!!!

I swear by two things... 1. A Clarisonic facial cleansing brush: http://www.clarisonic.com/ It cleans my skin like nothing else. I've even stopped using other products to clean my face after washing my face. :) The best thing about it is that it prepares your skin for anything you want to use on it (ie. moisturizer, acne…

It's a personal choice. I don't like to eat there because it makes my stomach hurt each time. But there are still instances where I have found myself either having to order something or go hungry (if we're on the road, etc.). If you think it will help you stay on track, then do what you have to do. We all struggle with our…

Same here. My breakfast yesterday morning was 550 calories with 48g carbs and 30g fat. I had 31g of protein. At this point in my journey, I am doing much better with a low carb/high fat diet. I may need to readjust again once I start building muscle and toning like I was doing before.

Sounds great! It's all about balance. For example, today my son doesn't have school and wants to have lunch at Olive Garden. I can't avoid dining out so I just adjust my breakfast accordingly (if I know about it ahead of time). This morning I skipped breakfast only because I was buried with work. Usually I would at least…

Is this the first time you've prepare a breakfast that large? I'll be curious to see how it works out for you. :)

My mid-morning snack is usually a piece of fruit or a vegetable. Nothing too filling. It's just enough to keep me from becoming too hungry for lunch. Sometimes I will even have the snack right before preparing lunch so that I can keep lunch on the lighter side. I have breakfast around 9am (after we get the kids off to…

Thanks! In the beginning, when I had more weight to lose, I ate back those exercise calories. Now that I'm a little more inactive and have reached my goal weight, I don't eat back very many of them. If I go over 1,200 a little bit is fine, but I find that I gain weight if I go over too much.

Welcome to MFP! The support you will get here is fantastic. Good luck on your goal. :)
-
Fantastic job! Glad you lost the facial hair too... much better! :)

Wow, thanks for all the wonderful feedback! Glad to hear some of you are going to try having breakfast. I'm also surprised to see so many other "fun sized" MFPer's out here. LOL!
