You never could eat the calories you used to without gaining weight. You have to have a maintenance plan in place.

Mfp calculates the calories burnt so you replace them. If you're doing a plan, do not log your exercise on mfp, or just do the math.

I used to dance and skate hours at a time as a child which developed my leg muscles early on. I've lost it, but it seems easier to get back than my arms. Ugh
