I did that the first time I lost weight 5 yrs ago. However, this time around I've incorporated exercise with mindful eating & I've noticed that my skin is tighter and muscle definition is definitely more apparent. I don't' have as much of a problem with "back fat" as I did when I lost weight w/o exercise.

if chips are a trigger food.. steer clear until you know you have enough willpower to only eat a portioned amount. There are other healthier options: baked Kale chips, sweet potato chips & my favorite treat which are baked spiced chickpeas.. All super easy to make :)…
