Don't buy it if you can't practice control. I don't keep anything in the house that I know I will go crazy on... Eg. Nutella - can't control myself with it, so I don't buy it. Out of site, out of mind. (for me anyway). Good luck, hope you find some balance!

This may be true for you, but I find 1200 calories a day very manageable. It's all in how you fill those calories. It doesn't work for some people, but for me personally I'm more than satisfied with my 1200 calories. I also use Skinnytaste for great recipes, I use her cookbook and website at least 4 times a week. So good!

Find something you like and change it up day to day. As long as you're moving and burning calories who cares how you do it. Dance, run, lift weights, walk, swim, bike, jump on a trampoline, jump rope, play a sport, the options are endless. Good luck! :smiley:

Personally, I would wait, especially if you're unsure of what your goal weight will be with your weight loss. I like to buy a few pieces here and there as I continue to lose but I wouldn't dare drop a grand on a wardrobe while I'm a work in a progress. If it helps to keep you motivated though, do what makes you happy.…

You CAN do this. We all slip up, it's just part of the journey. Try not to be so hard on yourself, you can do this. There are such great resources and people on this site, continue to reach out and we can all motivate and support each other.

Quite the dilemma! You can still eat pizza, pasta, rice, etc. Maybe just trying making a healthier version of those. I eat pizza a couple times a week, using a flat bread with only 130 calories. I still use ham, pineapple, veggies, tom. sauce, etc. It's just all about moderation. For pasta, you can always substitute…
