I can fluctuate by 2 or more pounds from morning to night. Don't stress yourself out over 2 pounds. If it continues to go up, switch it up. Finding what works for your own body will take some time. MFP isn't the be all to end all for estimating maintenance calories.. don't believe everything you read on the internet. :wink:

Snap off woody ends, lay in a glass baking dish, drizzle a little butter over the top, parm. cheese, and bake for 15 ish minutes until desired tenderness. Squeeze lemon juice over top once removed from oven. Serve. Devour. Enjoy!
