Melatonin always works for me. I am not big on the Tylenol PM etc. stuff because it makes me feel groggy and kinda like my body is addicted to it to be able to sleep. hope that helps!

Mine says 145 but I weigh 140 :) It's a relatively new license. My old one said 190 when I weighed 230 :x

I was a 38D at my biggest and I miss my big boobs! On the other hand I think I would look ridiculous with bigger ones. Anyway, yeah, they changed a lot. I have also had two children. But, all things considered, two children, breastfeeding, losing a lot of weight - they are still pretty perky :). I'm a 34B now :o

Overall it took me from April of 2011 until December of 2012. I lost very little in the beginning because I wasn't really paying that much attention to it. I lost about 30 pounds between April of 2011 and January of 2012 - which is still a lot! - but the majority of it was during 2012. :)

You can do it! I gained 40 with my first, then lost it all, then gained all of it plus MORE back in between pregnancies (my girls are 3 years and 8 months apart). I gained nothing with my second pregnancy, lost a bunch after I had her... and then gained all of it back, plus more again, within 2 years. I was up to 230…

I don't blame food necessarily but I know the culprits in me eating too much used to be chocolate, ice cream, cookies (specifically lofthouse ....mmm. now I have one and I'm DONE! haha), fast food, and the high-sugar drinks at Starbucks.

What she said! I was very very resistant to the idea of weight training but oh my goodness, it tightened things up QUICK. Not perfect by any means, but a massive difference within a couple of weeks. And make sure you are eating enough :).
