thanks! I will! I am loving it. :)

I was 230 pounds (ish) in the first picture... size 20, xxl, etc. Now 142 pounds, size 8. :) Oh I was laughing in the first one, hence the ridiculous face I'm making. Also my face is ridiculous anyway... haha.

As far as eating habits - he either makes what I cook or he makes his own food. We have two daughters and I do the majority of the cooking so it's up to me unless he suggests something for dinner. I am not super "strict" on what I cook, so I guess that hasn't been a big deal. I have no problem eating spaghetti and…

Broad shoulders, and nicely shaped arms to hold me with (or other stuff...). ;)

I don't know. I have steadily lost weight and I buy one or two pairs of jeans each time I lose a size. Right now my 10s are getting loose and I feel like I JUST bought them (but eh, it's been about 2 months... wore my 12s as long as I could but they were looking ridiculous on me). I found a shop nearby called Plato's…

Maybe 3 pounds? I've found it isn't as drastic if I watch my sodium and drink a ton of water (and get enough sleep).
-
Yeah, you'll probably lose them. I went from a D to a B. To be honest, it's not a big deal. I do miss the bigger ones sometimes, but eh... the smaller ones fit my frame now a lot better :).

My feet have shrunk 1.5 sizes! Didn't know that was possible!

I didn't overindulge on food because I literally couldn't eat anymore than the plate of food I had. Then once that finally settled I just sort of grazed the rest of the day (we did T-day lunch around 1pm). I did however overindulge in wine... but it was soooooo good, and I never ever drink more than a glass, so 3 glasses…

1. 5'6" 2. 230 pounds 3. Honestly men have always hit on me here and there, but it didn't become so frequent until I hit about 155 or so and coincidentally started lifting around that time. Definitely a HUGE ego boost. :)

I am looking forward to wearing an 8, I am in a 10 right now and I am SO close to an 8! When I went to Cabo san Lucas a few years ago, I was not at my biggest but I was not comfortable with my weight (I was in about a size 14 and had a 4 month old baby, too...) so I felt just uncomfortable the entire time we were there. In…

I track once a week. And if it's around Aunt Flo time, I do weigh myself but I don't take it seriously (I get really bloated around that time...ugh). It is motivating. Another pound down, another one... week after week, that is what motivates me.

Just hanging out with my favorite Marine - my husband :) - after he gets done with homework, anyway.

Best thing: bought new clothes in sizes I never dreamed of. Worst thing: It got REALLY FREAKING COLD. I was wearing a tank top and shorts on Tuesday. Today I am wearing jeans and a long sleeved shirt and am cuddled up under the blankets.

It depends on the person. If you are absolutely sure about it - go for it. If you're wishy washy - don't do it. My husband had a vasectomy done in 2008 - he was 24 - and neither of us regret it. But we were really happy with our two kids and we don't want anymore.

Tina Fey!

It depends on the girl... I dated a guy who was about 230 or so (I was about 100 pounds less than him so he was quite a bit bigger than me) and about 6' tall. I didn't care that he was not healthy/overweight/etc. I like(d) his personality* *however after we were together for a bit his personality went to crap and that was…

Yes, I have gotten it - from my family mostly, the older ladies are worried I will wither away and that I'm not eating. I tell them I eat a LOT but somehow they just don't believe me ;). It's common, yes, and as long as you feel good about you and you are taking care of yourself by eating enough and eating right, and…

I had a woman ask me how I lost the weight and before I answered she said, wait, let me guess, diet and exercise? I said, "Yes - I changed my eating habits, and I do exercise regularly. It's easy" and she just looked frustrated. I just want to tell people YES this is what I do and NO there is no easy way to go about it and…

I began using MFP for real (not just logging sporadically) in December of 2011. I began working out about a month prior. I have lost what you see in my ticker :). I went from a size 20 to a size 10 in pants. I wore XL/XXL shirts, now I wear S/M shirts. It's not so much that MFP works, it's that you learn to change your…

Amazing!! This makes me want to actually do P90x.

CONGRATS!!! You did it! The first 5k is seriously the best. It's exhilarating! So happy for you that you did this. I know I don't know you, but it makes me happy :). Keep it up!!

I only weigh in on Fridays, too, unless I'm feeling particularly froggy on a different day. I happily weighed in at 147 this morning, it was unexpected!

Right now? Full time student. In about 1 1/2 months I will be graduating and getting a job for the first time in 5 years (been a stay at home mom + going to school).

I go to a place here in Fremont, CA, called Savvy Salon. I LOVE IT. What I love about it? I love that my stylist listens to me and does NOT do more than I ask her to. She cuts off exactly what I ask for, no more, no less. I go in for a wash/condition, trim, blow dry and straighten. That's it. She doesn't push products on…

Mine was 54 when I took it last week! I was so shocked. When I went to donate blood, my heart rate was at 64. I had just come up some stairs and was a little nervous about donating blood. At my heaviest my RHR was about 95-100. Amazing how much it drops when you get in better health!

No freakin' way, I get so bloated! I wait until the following week's weigh in. I always feel huge around my period (which is weird, because when I was at least 50 pounds heavier I never had PMS symptoms that were so crazy!).
-
Not personally - but a woman my husband knew (worked with her husband) lost about 50 pounds by walking and eating right. She did eventually work her way up to running, but she walked for MONTHS. It's doable :).

Lost my license when I went out for a run the other day (oh the irony) and couldn't find it so I went to the DMV on Monday. I put down my current weight - 40 pounds less than my p;d license weight, and I was heavier than I actually said on my old license. The lady behind the counter congratulated me, said I look SO…
