  • I weigh once a week and input as soon as I step off the scale and find my phone ;). I refuse to weigh myself every day because I cannot take seeing the numbers go up and down. If I forget on Saturday morning then I weigh on Sunday morning.
  • We've been married for 8 years... we got married after 3 months of knowing each other (no, I wasn't pregnant! LOL). When you know... you KNOW!

Your post made me giggle :D I have been doing pushups, planks; but not squats or deadlifts (I work out at my apartment community's fitness facility and they don't have such equipment... grr).   • Jackson - at about 1400-1500 calories a day I am losing 1-2 pounds a week. Last week I increased to 1600 (not on every day, it was such a struggle :/) and lost 4 pounds. I was seriously shocked on my weigh-in day... I think higher is definitely better. I don't buy fat-free stuff usually, LOL. I have two very skinny kids…
