Ok - so I'm going to change my Christmas goal to 180 lbs. Because I've been doing so poorly. I definitely think that making sure I log everything this week will help though! I need to get in the habit of logging everything all the time. :) Have a great week everyone.

clinton - wear a heartrate monitor. Then you'll know how many calories you burn. You might be surprised. I've been using visalus shakes, and they are great! Taking one or two of these shakes a day along with eating healthy, and I feel SO good. They are natural, no whey, and filled with nutrition. I haven't tried other shakes though, so this isn't compared to anything else.
