  • Bike: Time - Level - RPM - 0-3:00: 5 85-90 3-5: 9 90 5-6: 10 100+ 6-12: Repeat 3-6 12-13: 6 (Rest) 85-90 13-22: Repeat 3-11 22-23: 8 (Rest) 85-90 23-25: 10 100+ 25-30: 5 (Rest) This routine can be adjured to your level preferences, but personally I love it! It goes by fast and I never get bored doing it!
