I just do bodyweight stuff. Push ups, body weight squats, sit ups, pull ups, supermans, headstand pushups and work on a bridge - full body workout right there. Of course start with easier variations if you can't do those yet. I think bodyweight stuff is more fun than just going to gym and lifting and you can build a lot of…

Are you on some kind of muscle building program, like Starting Strength or StrongLifts 5x5, or something else? Or are you just going to a gym and lift as much and what you feel like? Because that isn't the best way. You can still get very strong and toned by doing this but most of the time, if you are not on properly…

Going too low on carbs might cause your energy levels and workout performance to drop until you get some carbs in. Eating too much carbs can make you look fat and bloated due to water retention or make you sleepy and lethargic. Eating too much protein might throw you out of ketosis if you are in low carb diet. Eating too…

I love first 30 minutes of my runs. It's fun, it's relaxing and I can be alone with my thoughts. But after 30 min mark it just gets more boring and boring. When I do long runs I have to listen to some music or audio books cos it's boring as hell. I guess you could just meditate or something but I can't get in a state when…

Will it be harder to run outside or on treadmill depends from what kind of runs you do, is it just a jog for calorie burn or are you training for time and speed, how windy it is outside, what kind of terrain is outside and of course mental aspect of getting bored by one more than another. You need to try it and…

They do mess with insulin/blood sugar levels indeed. Personally big meals make me sleepy and takes away all the energy, physical and mental. But it has no effect on health. You don't need to worry about your blood sugar levels jumping unless you already have a problem like diabetes. For healthy person it's no harm.

So you lost your period because of too low weight? I think it's pretty clear what your body is trying to tell you. Also, basing on your stats you are currently medically underweight. Yes, you need to gain weight, if you wanna maintain good health. Just go lift weights and tone up, build some muscle. You don't necessary…

Potential dangers would be going too low on calories, what is bad for health, or not getting enough nutrients for health. If you go replace food with it 3 meals a day, one serving, it means you would ate only 540 calories a day (180 x 3), if you ate 3 meals a day like most of the people. Obviously on so low calories you…

I'm sure you can find a Greek yogurt with 5 or less grams of carbs per 100g. Fruits has a lot of sugar, sugar is carbs. So eating too much fruit can put you over your limits. Anything is ok really. As long as you menage to stay in your desired limits of carbs. You might as well get all 50g of carbs from piece of chocolate…
