As long as you are wearing it right I think you should give yourself credit for all your hard work. for me they are WAY over - I used to burn 800+ calories a day when I went by MFP estimates, but since I got a heart rate monitor I burn about 400+ - HRM are totally worth it but you should be fine using the ones on here until you can get one!

When I have my hungry days I eat - just make them healthy choice, apple, banana, handful of nuts - you body is telling you something. I always call them my growing days - even when I eat more some days I figure listening to my body is important!

HRM all the way! I have a Polar HT7 and I LOVE IT!! It tracks my calorie burn and I was suprised to see the difference in my workouts - I work harder because I want to see a big calorie burn at the end of my workouts!

I agree with everyone else, DONATE!! I know most people give to goodwill or a similar place but call a local school and see if they would like come clothes, I am a teacher and I have lots of students who need clothes, so I bring all my old clothes in and the kids love going shopping for new items.

When I uped my calories I lost over 5 pounds in less than a week. I have maintained my 1400-1800 intake and am almost at a 30 pound loss, I average 3-4 pounds a week! Eating more is so worth it! Good luck!

of course you can eat after you exercise (unless it is late at night, like past 7 or 8) just make healthy choices. My body craves food after I workout so I try and make healthy low calorie choices to fill that need. If you are getting in a good workout you body will need more food to function!
