I wear a heart rate monitor during weigh training and just log it as cardio. I have found I burn 300-500 calories during a 1 hour weight session.

I know a lot of people use protein powder to make pancakes to fit into their macro's and to make them "healthier" I have never tried them but I have not found a protein that I like taste-wise

Honestly I was probably close to 50 pounds down before anyone said anything (of people that I saw on a regular basis) but people I didn't see as often noticed when I had less of a loss.

I weigh myself every morning. I stay off after that because once I eat and drink anything it slowly goes up. I like to keep myself motivated so I make sure to do it first thing in the morning before any food and drinking.

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me I needed to eat no more than 100 extra calories. I have been pretty lucky and have not gotten sick but feel like crap. Anyway I don't think I eat even 1200 calories right now and from what I have been told that is fine - your body knows what it needs.

I get really nausious what I take any kind of vitamin - my dad is a pharmacist and he has me take them at night before I go to bed. Now that I am pregnant I take my prenatal every night too - it helps a TON

It has taken me a year and a half but I have gone from 300 pounds to 188 and I feel great. I was at a plateau for over 6 months but never gave up and finally have started losing again. Keep trying!

I have a nook and an IPad2 - I like reading on the nook better since it isn't backlit you can read anywhere (even in the sun). If you are just wanting to read books I would get a nook If you want an Ipad go buy a new ipad :-)
