3oz lean steak cut in strips, stirfried with half a head of cabbage. Use some low sodium broth to saute with instead of oil. I like to add some red pepper flakes and a bit of soy sauce, sometimes top with sesame seeds. It's a LOT of food to eat, so you'll feel satiated for a while.
