I do pilates and barre to supplement running and I've definitely getting toned - I think this is because they incorporate weights for the arm series in my class (maybe every barre class does this, idk). I also do planks everyday, but that's my only strength right now.

I've lost 15 and my clothes are SLIGHTLY looser but I'm definitely not ready to go down a size. For reference, I'm 5'9" and went from 190 to 175.

Keep us updated! I am 5'8-9", eating 12-1500 calories, started at 190 and now weigh 175 - that's over two months of calorie counting.
