  • It's great that you have a goal and a motivating factor! Your diet sounds great. I like a lot of healthy bean and veg soups which are low cal, high in vitamins and minerals and satisfying at the same time.   • Am I wrong thinking the fewer calories you eat the more weight you lose? I'm told to lose weight and keep your metabolism up, you should eat fewer calories, but eat them in small meals more often through the day. That way your blood sugar and metabolism stay up at healthy active levels through the day.

  • Try almond butter if it is allowed. Also very tasty! Gluten is a hard one, but there are lots of gluten substitutes. I would have a hard time with eggs, but there are - sigh - substitutes for those too. Good luck!
  • Approximately 179 calories in a 6 oz. Cosmo. Depends on who's mixing though, some people (places) have very large glasses!
