5'4" SW: 215 CW: 207 GW: right now just under 200, long term around 130-140 I eat around 1400 a day, sometimes more sometimes less, depends how active I am that day. I'm trying to cut out sugary drinks and eat more protein. But I'm just starting out (for the second time) and this is what seems to be working right now.

Thank you! I think I may try to get up in the morning to have a walk, although mornings are super hard for me. Until winter comes anyway. And I will definitely look into that as well.

I'm not supposed to drink caffeine. Allergy, although it's not too bad if it's in pop or the like. Can't drink coffee for the life of me. Sometimes I wish it would help.

I've tried to bake perogies and it doesn't taste good at all. The dough doesn't get very cripsy.

Ugh I know, too poor right now to get a new one. Hopefully I can eventually. But even my belly moves around to much when running, or jumping jacks, and it's just so painful. But I suppose working out isn't supposed to be fun at first ;p

I don't know why there are rude people, but I understand where youre coming from! A drink or two after work is awesome! I recommend switching to a hard liquor, they even make low cal vodka that's still strong, and mix it with a diet pop or soda water. Just as good :)

Yess! I have a lab/rotti mix, and she's a big bed hog, but I can't help but let her sleep with me. In the winter my dogs help me keep warm! I have another little mutt, he sometimes will sleep with me, but he prefers to sleep in his bed or on the floor.

Oh I'm definitely going to track the calories, I'm just allowing myself some foods that I know I have a hard time with.
