OMG insanity is crazy..but the one thing i notice doing it that when i did a second round of the 60 days, it wasn't as hard as the first time.....don't get twisted, it was stil hard but i didn't have to stop as many times as the first round...just keep going...

if your going take in sugar..then i guess get it all natural....and yes potassium is always good after/before 5+mile run....

having my mom pass away a year ago.....plus i was always "BIG".....guy but not fit or healthy...even at 6'1 248lbs, people always told that i don't look it.

considering that a larger percentage of our body is made up of water, you would have to drink like 4-5 gallons an hour for 4-5 hours straight.........i can't do that.....is it possible...maybe but you would have want to drink that much.....
