Oh thanks for your tips... I started walking the 1st 2 weeks also, but I live in Texas, and the heat is killing me. I am definitely waiting on the temperatures to cool down a bit so I can go back to my evening walks, which I enjoyed. I never tried probiotics so I will give it a try, as for coffee... I don't like it haha :)

Same here. I started last week on Monday, my first week I lost 5 pounds. I was thrilled. This week is my second week and I lost one.
