Hi, I'm almost 66 170 cms high - about 5 ft 6 " and weigh 93 kgs about 205 lbs. Like you, I'm borderline diabetic, have high cholesterol and just need to get off my bum and do something about it. I run my own clothing business which is very stressful, and also live in the tropics. Maybe we can support each other.

What a great job! I have just reached a plateau after 9 kgs and was feeling a bit unmotivated, but you have got me up and going again! Be proud of yourself, and good luck!
