I am 5'4", started at 161lbs. I am at 131lbs now! I lost about a full cup size from a 36 D / Sometimes DD to a comfortable 34 C. Ive lost about an inch on my waist even since that picture.

I've lost almost 30lbs eating at 1200 calories. I found you just have to pick high protein foods to stay full and choose carbs wisely. Not true if there is still a deficit. I went from 1200 to 1500 for your same reason, OP and I actually started losing weight faster. I feel more energetic than I expected, too. For me, i think about 7-10lbs. In a day, i fluctuate about five pounds. So if i started seeing higher numbers, i would know something was up. I think it would depend more on my measurements than scale, though.

Yes! My first one came from an acquaintance who hadn't seen me since May. He was like, "WHOA! YOU LOOK GOOD!" and since then, i have been getting them left and right...although part of me thinks it is a response to my constant strutting around feelin like a babe on the inside, too. ;)

you lost over three times the weight OP wants to lose. (which was a great loss, btw!! truly amazing!) but really isnt helpful in determining if she will have loose skin, unless you remember having loose skin at 50lbs down?

You're young and your drop isnt absurdly dramatic, but doing some lifting probably would help any sagging you *might* see, though I doubt you'll see much. It really varies on the person. And the younger you are, the more easily your skin bounces back. But stretchmarks will go away with all of the creams out on the market…

you can totally do it!! what's stopping you is all in your head. cutting 500 calories a day from your diet would cause a pretty significant drop in weight for you! Assuming you're between 5'4" and 5'8", your maintenance calories are about 2400...so if you cut your calories to 1900 a day, you should lose pretty fast!! :)…

I've lost a little over 20lbs and am now between 140-145 and LOVE IT! a few years ago, I was 120ish, but where I am at now, I feel way more womanly. (Not to say women thinner arent womanly!!) :)

Over the past two years, as long as I have been seeing my boyfriend, i put on about 35lbs. I have lost 20 of them now in the past few months, but I still struggle with saying no to Chipotle and sushi....which we do one or both about 2-4 times a week....

You're doing amazing! I put on a pair of pants that i used to lay down to button up recently, and they were so so loose! I was walking on sunshine after that! Congratulations! Keep it up! And don't sweat the small mess-ups. We are all human, they happen. :)

5'5" Before: 160.5 After: 146 I have lost an additional 5lbs, but I'm not sure sure how noteworthy that is. :)
