  • I third Hard Boiled Eggs!! I love them for when I am on the go! You can even make egg salad the night before, wake up, toast some bread, throw it on there and run out the door. Or use little mini Kangaroo Itsy Bitsy pita pockets, only 40cal apiece. Bowl of Special K cereal with a Banana or Strawberries Bowl of Kashi Cereal…
  • Me personally depends on the day. Some mornings I wake up HUNGRY so I have a big breakfast. Normally I am hungry in the morning when I had a light dinner and worked out so my body is telling me it's hungry then, so feed it! Some days I eat a really big dinner at night and wake up slightly peckish but not in big breakfast…

  • I just recently made a Cajun Tilapia that was delish! Coated a frying pan with Pam non stick butter spray took the thawed tilapia and sprinkled them with cajun seasoning (weber brand) put them in the pan and slowly fried them till they were cooked, about 10 minutes. It was to spicy for me so I took some Phillidelphia Light…

  • I have to, when I wake up my stomach is usually growling because I don't eat after 8pm. I eat about an hour after I wake up because I have hyperthyroidism and have to take a pill every morning an hour before I eat. If I don't eat I am tired and crabby all day long. It seriously impacts my mood and my energy level…
  • I got mine at Target, it was about $10, not digital and I love it! I did the same thing too in the beginning, I was so shocked at how much I thought was a table spoon! I still need to get some hand held measuring cups from the store. :)
  • That just gave me the biggest grin ever :) Thank you!

  • Feel Free to come visit mine! For the most part I am a clean eater, I do have things listed as recipes, i don't know that they are public but you are more than welcome to send me a message and I will give you the recipe for them. Anything that says stir fried is made with the calorie free Pam spray coating the pan. <3
  • Hello! I am new here too, just hit my 1 week mark. I love this place, lots of support, awesome tools (the recipe builder is my favorite) easy to maintain and a little bit addicting :) You can do it!
  • I love Wendix's idea with the breakfast. Smoothies are amazing and portable. • Heck yes! I do the same thing, the only munchies I have in my kitchen is popcorn that I have to cook in an air popper. It amazes me at how lazy I really am because I won't even get up to make it lol. The only other things I have to munch on are fresh veggies, apples, bananas, grapes and carrots. Usually I will look at them…
  • *Sends you happy vibes* I hate when people make comments like that, especially family. My mother made it a point yesterday (when I posted on my FB that I was at the gym for 25min) that she came home, ate an ice cream bar and napped. My mother is naturally skinny so that just added insult to injury. Thanks Mom for that. So…
  • Ugh, mine is horrible. I can gain anywhere from 3-13lbs depending on how poorly I am eating, how much water my body decides to retain. I am hoping now that I am more active it won't be quite as miserable as 13lbs. The only good thing is it comes off in a day or two.

  • Oooh, Pineapple sounds good! I am not a huge fan of coconut texture but the pineapple sounds major delish!
  • Left over homemade stir fry with rice. It wasn't the best I have ever made, it was missing a spice of some sort, but I can't let food go to waste! Only 361 calories per serving! That is including the rice :)
  • Hard Boiled Eggs are my favorite, sometimes I eat them as is, sometimes I make egg salad out of it (with lowfat olive oil mayo and mustard) and I put it on Sarah Lee 35 cal toasted bread. • I love Mashed Cauliflower! I make it as a side when we have Steak with Mushrooms. 1 whole fresh head of garlic (or a large bag of frozen) Minced Garlic I can't believe it's not butter Skim Milk I usually boil the cauliflower (I don't have a steamer) until it is mushy, drain and mash. I add about 2tbs of minced Garlic 1-2…
