  • I did L1Day6 this morning and I'm really finding my endurance is much better. My calves aren't quite as sore - but still let me know they're there!!
  • I did L1D5 last night and am finding the cardio much easier now. the side lunges are still a challenge (I think I really need to work on my form with these ) but my calves are feeling better. I don't hobble as much first thing in the morning :happy: Day 6 tonight.
  • D4L1 done. Holy cow, my calves are sore!! I finally determined tonight that it was the jumping rope exercise making them sore. I worked on stretching my calves more this evening - we'll see if it helps. I definitely find the workout getting easier...except those d**n side lunges. I had to reduce my weight so I could…
  • Just finished day 3 of Level 1. Wow! I'm starting to feel this workout in my upper body. I also did Level 1 of the ButtBible:happy: Fun workout I found on Exercise TV. I need something to break up the sheer boredom of doing the same workout every day.
  • @Klinico816 Yes30 day shred is on comcast On Demand under "Exercise TV" in the "Sports and Fitness" section. Day 2 tonight!
  • Just did my first day of 30 Day shred so I'm in as well. I will probably also be doing additional cardio and stretching. This program is definitely doable IF I don't let the boredom factor stop me:happy:
  • Waiting on the DVD from Netflix so I'll start in a day or so. I have many workout DVDs I enjoy doing so I didn't want to add anything to the collection unless I really like it. Sounds like you'all are "enjoying" this workout, eh?
